Every order from Craftd.ai comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your deliverable, you are entitled to one free revision at no additional charge.
To request a revision, reply to your delivery email or contact us at hello@getcraftd.ai within 7 days of receiving your deliverable. Please include specific feedback about what you would like changed. We will deliver your revised document within the same timeframe as your original order.
If you are still not satisfied after your revision has been completed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the revision delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 7 days of your original purchase. Refunds are not available for orders where the delivered content was used commercially prior to the refund request.
