These Terms of Service govern your use of Craftd.ai and the purchase of digital products and services offered by Craftd.ai, Volcan, Panama. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Craftd.ai provides AI-powered digital document generation including resume rewrites, website copy, logo design briefs, code scripts, and related digital deliverables. All products are delivered digitally via email.
Upon placing an order and completing payment, you will receive your digital deliverable via the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 5 minutes of order confirmation. Craftd.ai reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these terms or cannot be fulfilled.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your deliverable, you are entitled to one free revision. If you remain unsatisfied after the revision has been completed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase. Refund requests should be sent to hello@getcraftd.ai.
Upon full payment, all deliverables produced for you become your property. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose without restriction. Craftd.ai retains no ownership or licensing rights over your completed deliverables.
You agree not to use Craftd.ai services to produce content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful to others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Craftd.ai provides digital documents for informational and professional use. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of our deliverables, including but not limited to job application results, business outcomes, or technical implementations. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
